In an a landmark decision, Delhi Session Court refused a interim maintenance, If the girl was working before and qualified enough for the same.

A wife filed a case against her husband to interim under CRPC 125, and they have no children and while she was working before in management position in reputed MNC. And now sitting ideal in her parents house. And her husband produced the evidence for the same.

And honourable court cross checked all the available fact and denied for the same and said, that sitting ideal intentionally for the sake of maintenance is wrong and such applications will be entertained in future also.
